Kathy resides in Dartmouth with her husband, Chris, her three children and three grandchildren. Her parents, Henrique & Maria Almeida, journeyed from Portugal seeking better opportunities. They not only provided her with a loving and nurturing environment but also instilled values of hard work, determination, and resilience. These values became guiding principles in Kathy’s life, fueling her ambitions and inspiring her to make a positive impact in her community. Kathy has worked in Oncology Outreach and marketing, but her passion is in event planning. As owner of Sea Glass Events by Kathy, she loves sharing her creative ideas and making dream events become a reality.
