Professora Eneida Santos was born in Cape Verde on the island of Santiago. she graduated in Law from the Catholic University of Sao Paulo, Brazil: A Postgraduate in Banking Law from the University of Lisbon, Portugal, and a Master’s in Education with a major in Curriculum and teaching. She has taught for over 20 years, starting as a high school Portuguese language and law teacher and a law professor at Jean Piaget University in Cape Verde. She currently works as an ESL teacher at Fall River Public School.
